Life Skills Class: Exploring Our Community
Our life skills class is embarking on an exciting journey to learn about the community. As part of our curriculum, we will take a trip around the community of Dexter. This hands-on experience will allow students to observe and understand the various aspects that make up our vibrant community.
In addition to the field trip, the students have creatively constructed a model of the community of Dexter to display their learning. This project showcases their understanding and appreciation of the community's features, including local businesses, parks, and public services. It's a fantastic way for them to connect what they've learned in class with real-world examples. Check it out; it is super awesome!

Dexter is beyond proud of our players selected for Team Red All Stars. Ivandre Aguilar, Jason Richards, Jose Aguirre, Diego Munoz, and Kaesn George. Team Red was coached by our own Dexter Football staff: Sonny Duran, Ruben Ruiz, Evan Nevarez, Trevor Sanders, and Rene Giles. Victory went to Team Red with a 37-8 win over Team Green. Wonderful representation of Dexter by both staff and students! Go Demons!
