We are pleased to share positive news regarding our school improvement efforts. According to the New Mexico Public Education Department’s NM School DASH Tableau dashboard, our 90-Day Improvement Plans received ratings of “Fully Evident” in most areas.

Reminder! Dexter Schools will conduct a reunification drill on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.
· Who: Only parent pick-up students will need to be picked up.
· Where: First Presbyterian Church of Dexter
o Traffic will enter at the east entrance of the 5th Street parking lot
o Traffic will exit going west
· Buses: Buses will still run, but drop-off times may be earlier than usual due to fewer bus pickup locations.
Please be patient with our staff as we practice this important safety drill to help keep our students safe.
¡Recordatorio! Las Escuelas de Dexter llevarán a cabo un simulacro de reunificación el martes 25 de noviembre de 2025.
· Quién: Solo los estudiantes que son recogidos por padres/tutores deberán ser recogidos.
· Dónde: Iglesia Presbiteriana de Dexter (First Presbyterian Church of Dexter)
o El tráfico entrará por la entrada este del estacionamiento de la calle 5 (5th Street)
o El tráfico saldrá hacia el oeste

• Doors open at 10:30am, starting with kindergarten.
• Cost: $10.00 per person (for anyone who is not a Dexter Schools student).
• No cash accepted- card payments will be accepted only after all students and all of those who pre-paid have been served.

• Please come during your youngest child’s lunchtime- older siblings will be brought from class to join you.
