History abounds within the walls of The Little Valley Bar and Grill.  In 1987 Joe Moody purchased The Longhorn from Ernie and Melanie Solis.  He renamed it The Little Valley Bar and Grill.  Mr. Moody ran the bar until his death.  His son, Marty, and grandson, Zane, inherited the bar in 1996.

The main bar area was a horse stable and has been sanding since the 1800's.  The dining room area, to the south, has been standing since the 1950's.  It was once used as a barber shop.  An original mirror is still located within the walls of the original barber shop. The bar has been remodeled many times with additions of a billiard area and new bathrooms.

The Little Valley Bar and Grill is a landmark of the Pecos Valley.  Patrons from all over still stop by for the special food, friendship and frolics served daily.
